Katie, Seth, and their adorable little man, Garrett!

Remember when I introduced you to Katie and Seth here while they waiting for their little babe to arrive?? Well... HE'S here! (yes... I was wrong. I was convinced they were having a girl!) But boy am I glad I was wrong. Because Garrett is just so adorable and so perfect! I can't get over his full head of hair. He's already rocking it!

But I certainly wasn't wrong about how natural Katie and Seth would be as parents. I showed up to their beautiful home again for Garrett's big shoot and you would never ever know that they just had a baby! They were both so put together and as gorgeous as ever. Garrett was snuggled in Mom's arms when I got there, looking so cozy and cute. And you remember their pup, Sadie?? She was a pro in front of my camera again. And already looking over Garrett from time to time to make sure he was ok!

Without further ado... meet Garrett!! I can't explain how happy I am for you both! Here's to a start of many wonderful family memories to come!

Precious little Nora!

I want you to all meet precious little, Nora! She is just absolutely adorable with the prettiest blue eyes you've ever seen!

I'm so happy that my friend Kate put me in touch with her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Heather to photograph their brand new little bundle, Nora. They are just awesome, laid back people and I am so glad I got to meet them! I instantly felt at home... which means so much to me! Heather and Mike just seem to instantly have gotten it down. Brand new baby?? Lack of sleep?? pssshh..no big deal. I have no doubt that they are going to be amazing parents to Nora. (And Hannah too of course. You all know pups are always part of the family if you ask me!)

So - Heather, Mike, Nora (and Hannah)... you have such a beautiful family. Here's to a lifetime of memories and this is just the beginning! Hope you love them!

Let me introduce you to a little muffin named Abigail. She is so adorable and her big blue eyes just make you melt. I headed down to Jen's house to take some pretty pictures of my newest little model. She was all pretty in pink with her little flowers and knit bloomers! Can you stand it?? So cute. I kinda want little booties like that... not gonna lie.

And the best part? Jen didn't say a word about this to Matt. She wanted to do something nice for him since he's been so great with their new little one! So Matt... if you're reading this... SURPRISE!! Recognize this pretty little face???

Congrats Jen and Matt! She's beautiful! Thanks for letting me do this for you guys! So happy for you!

Delaney is here!!

I'm so excited to introduce you to my newest little love... our brand new niece, Delaney! I feel like we've been waiting for Delaney for years! Everyone always talked about what it would be like when the first girl entered the Cargan family. Well.. she's here! And she's perfect. And about to be ridiculously spoiled.

It's crazy... 2 years ago, I couldn't wait to be an aunt... and now BOOM. I have 2 gorgeous nieces and 2 handsome little nephews. And I feel so lucky! Even though I recently officially became "Auntie," I have watched Cameron and Maxwell grow up over the years. Cam was in diapers when I met him... and now he's going to be TEN in a few short days. Hard to believe time goes by so fast. And I remember waiting to meet Max just like waiting for Delaney. He was this little.. and now look at him! All grown up! Slow down!

The way the boys look at her is just complete awe. Cam was immediately so sweet and protective of her. I think Max couldn't believe she was really here... and that she was so small! They are both such helpers, holding, feeding, giving her the pacifier.. whatever she needs. She is going to be one lucky little girl with two proud big brothers to look after her.

Anyway... enough of my rambling... here she is! Can't wait to watch you grow, sweet girl. Chris and Reilly.. I'm so happy for you guys! xoxo
