A day in the life of Lola, Asher and Noah!

Hi!  I want to show you some of my favorite little munchkins... Beautiful Lola and her handsome little brothers Asher and Noah.  I can't believe how fast they are growing, but I love being able to watch them turn into such good people.  Their Mom, Nikkie and I have been friends FOREVER.   Literally... forever.  And Nikkie and her awesome husband Jamie are still part of our EVERY day lives.  I love that.  So much.

I popped over to their house to take a few pictures for Christmas.  But what we captured instead I love SO much more than just pictures for the Christmas card.  Nikkie wanted to document this time in their lives.  Their every day life.  Their kids as they are right now.  So we did just that.  Each one of them did what they love most (as if there was no camera at all)... play in their rooms, read a book... do what every ordinary day life looks like.  I couldn't love this more.

I am constantly striving to do this... I want people to look back at their pictures and remember life as it was.  Not just the holiday times... but the real times.

Little Liam!!

Hi again!  I've been so excited to get to these!!   Remember Heather and her gorgeous baby bump?  Well wait until you see little Liam and his baby blues.  His sweet little smile will make you melt.

  Liam is another one of my Emily's baby bffs.   They are only 10 days apart and it was SO fun going through pregnancy with Heather.   And now we get to watch our little ones develop at the same exact stage.  It's awesome.  If you know Heather and Bill you know that they are just awesome good people.  They are both super fun, smart, caring nurses and they clearly make beautiful babies!

I love that this year has brought us even closer, Heather!  And same goes for our husbands who had an instant bond over whiskey and cigars :)  Cheers to Senior Roberto.

Sara, Corey.. and (ridiculously handsome) Gabe!

Ok.. I don't even know where to start!  These are some of my favorite people in the world.  Sara and I have been friends FOREVER.  Anyone who knows her would say that she is truly one of the most genuine, caring, trust worthy friends that everyone should be lucky enough to have.  I will never forget being able to spend every one of those awkward junior high days together (falling up stairs far to often.. milk coming out your nose laughing kind of days)... all the way to the present where we got to experience the joys (and no so joys) of pregnancy together and now raise our first babies together!  There is honestly nothing better than that!

And I was honored enough to be able to be the one to capture the day when she married her best friend, Corey!  Corey also grew up with us in our home town... but it wasn't until MANY years later that fate brought them together.  And its perfect.  Corey is amazing and when we all 're met' after all these years it's like we've always been friends.  I am so happy that they found each other again and made this beautiful perfect little boy!

Meet GABE!!  Although he may have made his entrance into the world quite dramatically, he is the most mellow, happy, sweet little boy.  I'm so excited I get to watch you grow up, little man!  xo

Emma and Sam!

I love that the trend this season has been that I am SO lucky to watch all of these families grow!   I took Emma's two year pictures when I barely knew what I was doing (literally)... and Sam as an itty bitty newborn.  And now look at them!  So big.  And just as adorable.  Kim and Nate - you guys have a beautiful family and I had so much fun!  Thanks for giving me the honor of capturing life for you year after year!  xo
