Christina, Eric and handsome little Nolan!!

I want you to meet handsome little, Nolan!  He is just so adorable and loved the camera.  Christina and I grew up together, but haven't seen each other in yearsssss.    I was so excited when she contacted me to take pictures of her gorgeous family.  We headed to a pretty little park near the Canoe Club.  It was perfect for Nolan to run around and explore, pick dandelions and find the fish!

It's always so great to catch up with old friends and learn about their lives now!  Eric is just so great and immediately felt like I had known him forever too!   I hope you guys love these!  So happy I could do this for you!

Kate, Alex, Ben and Theo! Theo's Baby Naming Ceremony and a whole lotta love!

 You may all recognize this gorgeous family from the bloggity blog before... if not, go look!   Kate, Alex and Ben just became a family of four by welcoming Theo into the world!  I couldn't be happier for them.  And when Kate asked me to come photograph a very special day in little Theo's life, I was beyond honored.   I didn't know much about what a Baby Naming was all about before this day.  I just knew that the Baby Naming is an important milestone and Jewish tradition that takes place on the 11th day after birth.  I honestly can't say enough how much I loved being a part of it all!  Theo's Baby Naming was an intimate ceremony in their gorgeous home surrounded by family and friends.   You could just feel the love in the room for this little boy every where you looked.  I don't think I stopped smiling behind my camera all day!

Kate's family was nothing but welcoming to me from the second I walked in the door!   Kate's sister, Kim knew the way right to my heart by immediately asking how I take my coffee!   And, for the record, I also can't say enough how much I love seeing photograph's I've been lucky enough to capture hanging on the wall!  Means the world to me and I'm so so glad I'm able to do this again for you guys!   There are MANY more where these came from, but I hope that this little sampling (ok.. maybe not so little but I couldn't narrow down!) helps you re-live the day!  And that you can show Theo how much he was loved that day!

Quick little break for the babe of honor!  And then it's time for the ceremony!

Beautiful Zora and her four-legged sidekick, Fender!

Zora is the newest little one on the block!   Our wonderful neighbors, Allie and Zach welcomed their new little girl into the world!  And she is one lucky little lady.   When Reid and I were first starting to move into our new home, Allie and Zach were the first neighbors we met.   And we were instantly thankful to be moving into the neighborhood.  We couldn't be happier for the two of you!  Zora is adorable!  And if our street full of boys means anything, she might be picking up street hockey any day now!  She'll be showing up all the boys for sure.  I have no doubt that Zora will be one of a kind and do big things.  And she is lucky to be part of her awesome family.

Not to mention, I think Allie, Zach and Calvin were just as excited as we were when we brought 8 week old Bauer home!  I know Fender wasn't s as excited with Bauer's hyper puppy antics.  But he still seriously takes the cake for best dog EVER.  You'll see...

Zora wasn't so sure about this whole thing at first.  But she warmed up to the camera real quick!

And here's Fender...   best.dog.ever.   Oh... well maybe except that he ate TWO of Zora's pacifiers.  And wound up in surgery.  Besides that.  Dog shaming at it's best.

Might be my favorite family ever - Jess, Mike, Connor and Jude!

I want you to meet one of my favorite families ever.   Jess and Mike are so laid back and their boys, Connor and Jude are just awesome.  They just are this awesome pair and you can tell that they just love everything about their two handsome boys.  I was seriously so excited when Jess asked me to come photograph their family.   Jess is always the one behind the camera (and really good at it!) and never in front of it with her boys where she should be!  That's why I was so happy to be able to do this for them.   These are memories they will now have forever!

We took a walk around Borderland State Park on a gorgeous Spring day.  Packed with beautiful trees, fun rocks to climb.. and horses!   I hope you love them, you guys!  See you Sunday!

I swear I did not give Connor any direction on this one.  He just hopped up in the tree and struck a pose.   Hilarious and I love it.

Ok... these last couple absolutely KILL me.   And the bottom left picture makes me almost spit out my coffee laughing every time I see it.   So I showed Connor where I wanted him to stand. "Just like this, Connor, k??" Meanwhile, Jess is behind me laughing, "Connor stand up straight, buddy!"  I honestly took about 10 shots before I realize he took it LITERALLY.  Mimicked my every move. Apparently this is how I look when I shoot.  Even down to the one eye looking through the lens.  HILARIOUS.   But Connor, I'm positive you look way cooler than I do!
